Family-Owned Since 1956
Irving Glickman, our founder, was a pioneer in synthetic rubber development. In 1956, he founded The Rodon Group as a modest four-press shop. Today, we operate over 100 machines with advanced robotics, yet we remain family-owned and dedicated to his original vision of American excellence.
